From April to September 2018, our second-year student of Master program «Innovation and Society» Maxim Soloviev worked in Japan, at Digital Garden Inc., in the support department of iSandBOX product.
During the internship, Maxim worked on adapting marketing materials for the product, including the website, operational support, videos, and training programs. Maxim analyzed the strategy of product promotion in the Japanese market. Following the internship, the iSandBOX product was localized and adapted for the Japanese market, and several unique product modes designed for Japan were developed.
In addition, Maxim monitored the organization of the workplace of the project support employee for the iSandBOX company and made recommendations for optimizing it. He used the method of ethnographic observation and an interview with employees.
